Symons H_Screen

The new Symons Horizontal H-Screens are efficiency at it's best. Designed for multiple uses, these heavy-duty screens are capable of handling a wide variety of minerals and materials at very high tonnages.

These machines will perform for many hours with very low maintenance. The machines are designed to be versatile with several options to enhance the operation and save the operators time and money.

The new H-Screen has been designed to replace the Symons F-Screen in several applications such as asphalt plants and aggregate plants.

Designed for multiple uses in screening aggregates and minerals, this screen can be set up for heavy rock scalpiing or fine sand screening. The unique vibrator assembly can be adjusted to handle any type of materials large or small.

Washing, rinsing and dewatering of aggregate can be accomplished by the addition of optional spray bars. The screen is available in a variety of sizes all with quick and easy replacement of screen cloth.

Consisting of two major components, the shaft assembly and screening frame. The shaft assembly consists of twin shafts with concentric weights connected by special designed gearing and driven by a motor and v-belt drive. The complete unit and bearings are lubricated by oil bath lubrication.

The screening frame consists of deck sides, screen frames, feed box, discharge lips, and spring mounts. The deck sides are formed in one piece without any welding. All screen frames are made identical with heavy-duty channel and tubing. all bolting of the deck sides is by Huck Bolt design. The screen frame is supported on coil springs, which isolates the vibration from the supporting structure.

Optional sub-base frames, A-Frame motor mounts, dischaarge chutes and complete dust enclosures can be added to the screen.

All screen cloth is side tensioned with quick bolts and wedges for ease of replacement. The screen decks are crowned for even distribution of material and flow.	Efficient for multiple applications, wet screening and washing, scalping and finishing screening.	High tonnage screening with multiple decks and quick removal of fines through the bottom deck. Variable incline of vibrating stroke allows for many types of uses and materials.	The incline conveying action of the material across the screen cloth increases the efficiency and life of the screen cloth. The heavy-duty desinged shaft assembly will perform maintenance free for many hours of dependable operation.	The horizontal H-Screen with incline vibrating action sets level, so that full openings of the screen surface are utilized in making the accurate sizing of material. The gear timing of the shaft assembly and speed of the drive adjust flow and production of the material.
