Symons Screens offers a wide variety of rugged, reliable screening equipment for the Aggregate, Coal, Mineral and Asphalt industries.

Customer's experiences with Symons Screens demonstrate clearly that the same aptitude or type of vibration can not be used for all screening jobs. Therefore, Symons builds several types of screens, each designed for particular tasks with a size and deck arrangement to suit your conditions.

Click on the images below or the series above to find in depth details on each product. You will find descriptions, uses, diagrams, specifications, photos, and features, all designed to help you with your screening process.

Symons H-Screen is our new horizontal designed screen for multiple uses in the aggregate, asphalt and mining industries. The H-Screen was designed to replace the existing F-Screen and provide a high tonnage machine with optioins for sizing different types of aggregate and materials. Low maintenance, high efficiency and heavy duty construction makes this screen a top choice when choosing your screening equipment.

Symons F-Screen is the most versatile and best known. The F-Screen was engineered for accuracy and capacity in the sizing of aggregates and is widely used in rock and gravel plants as a finishing screen. Its ability to screen large quantities with high accuracy, combined with low headroom and no base vibration, make the F-Screen an ideal choise in paving plants and batch plants for rescreening applications.

Symons F60-Screen utilizes all of the time-proven advantages of the Symons F-Screen. The F60 is a heavier duty machine, bigger and wider, with more screening area available to handle the large tonnages required in many plant operations. Since the design of this machine is entirely new, it was possible to incorporate certain new features that add to the superiorities of the Symons F-Screen.

Symons F Asphalt Plant Screens are specially designed to meet the demanding requirements of asphalt plant operations. Both the Symons F and F60 Screens have been adapted to provide the special requirements involving sizing, collection, and dust control needed in asphalt plant screening.

Symons K Rod Deck Screen was primarily designed for mine application where large tonnages must be handled at very low cost. With its powerful vibrator and strong screening deck, it is especially effective in handling wet sticky materials. It has proven highly efficient in aggregate plants for scalpiing excess fines out of the circut at high tonnage rates and low operating costs.

Symons K Twin Rod Deck Screen is a new heavy-duty unit incorporating the proven design features of the Symons K Rod Deck. These units are designed with two of the powerful K Vibrators to assure positive vibration that will not dampen out under the heaviest loads.

Symons K Rod Grizzly is a heavy-duty high capacity machine that will handle material up to 12 inches in size and scalp on opening from 1/2 inch to 2 1/2 inches. It has amazing ability to handle sticky materials at a very high tonnage rates that are difficult to separate on other screens. This unit uses the same powerful vibrator used on the Symons K Rod Deck.

Symons K Bar Grizzly is a very rugged, high capacity primary scalper designed to scalp on openings from 2 inches to 8 inches. Its simple rugged construction will provide outstanding performance at low cost. This unit will easily handle material up to 24 inches in size.

Symons V-Screen is perfect for the sizing and watering or dewatering of fine materials. By using centrifugal force and a drum shaped screen cloth, the combination of rotation and vibration is five times the force of gravity. By controlling the speed at which the drum rotates, profitable separations are possible to 2 mesh and below. It is available with washing attachments and either single or double discharge bases.
